Vittorio was born from a clear idea: to create a place that connects Mediterranean cuisine with the modern Asian world of flavors, offering Brno gastronomy that is both high-quality and accessible to a wide audience. From the start, we knew we didn't want to replicate a traditional Italian restaurant or a purely fusion concept. Our goal was to carve our own path—a cuisine that honors craftsmanship while embracing energy and creativity.

The first step was simple but essential: assemble a team of people who share a passion for honest gastronomy and the joy of working with guests. Today, Vittorio's team is built on experienced chefs and service staff who understand both the details and the overall dining experience.
